Watchlist Additional Terms of Service

Welcome to Yahoo! Inc.’s Watchlist service (“Watchlist”). Watchlist is only available for purchase in U.S. dollars and is offered by Yahoo! Inc. By using Watchlist, you agree to these Watchlist Additional Terms of Service (“Additional Terms”) located at (and any successor page). The Additional Terms supplement the Yahoo Terms of Service (“TOS”) located at and the Yahoo Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) located at (and any successor pages to the TOS and Privacy Policy), both of which are incorporated by reference. If any conflict between the terms and conditions of these Additional Terms and those in the TOS occurs, the terms and conditions of these Additional Terms will control, except to the extent that the TOS imposes additional restrictions and liabilities on your actions.
Yahoo! Inc. (“Yahoo”) reserves the right to change at any time these Additional Terms and all documents incorporated by reference. You can always find the most recent version of these Additional Terms and the most recent version of the TOS and Privacy Policy, at the URLs indicated above.
If you successfully register a new Yahoo username from your Watchlist, your new Yahoo account will be governed by the terms of service and privacy policy you agree to when you create that account, which may be different from the Yahoo! Inc. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that govern Watchlist.
Watchlist allows you to place certain Yahoo usernames on a paid watching service that will notify you when the watched usernames become potentially available for registration. The Watchlist service does not guarantee that you will be able to register the watched usernames, but is simply a way to be notified when they become potentially available. If one of the usernames on your Watchlist becomes available, it will be offered to the ‘watcher’ who is first in line for that username. The first-in-line watcher will be given a time-limited opportunity to register the username. If the first-in-line watcher does not successfully register the username, the username will be offered to the next-in-line watcher.
Your credit card will automatically be charged the current fee for the Service you choose on the date that you click on the “Submit Payment” button in the ordering process. Fees cannot be credited towards other services. Current fees will be posted at All currency references are in U.S. dollars. Please note that payment for the Service is non-refundable, even if you register the username/s on your Watchlist before the term of your Watchlist period expires.
If your credit card is invalid for any reason, your Watchlist service may be terminated and you will lose your place in the line. Yahoo can terminate the Watchlist service at any time in its sole discretion. No refunds will be available.
The data you submit as part of the Watchlist Service and certain other information about you are subject to our Yahoo Privacy Policy. In addition to registration information, Yahoo Watchlist asks for and stores your credit card information (first and last name, credit card number and expiration date) and billing address. To update or delete this information or information from your Yahoo Watchlist, contact customer care. Yahoo uses secure servers, when appropriate, for added security. Please remember that no data transmission over the Internet, or by other means, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
