Closed Captioning Feedback
THIS PROCESS IS FOR CLOSED CAPTIONING MATTERS ONLY. Submissions regarding other matters will not be answered. To report abuse or other concerns, please use the links in the sidebar to the left or contact Yahoo Customer Care
Yahoo is pleased to provide closed captioning for the deaf and hard of hearing and complies with applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Closed Captioning rules and regulations. If you have a comment, question, or request that can help Yahoo improve its closed captioning services, we'd like to hear from you.
Include the following information (English only):
- Your contact information
Include your full name, street address, city, state and zip code. Also include additional information that will help us contact you such as a videophone or TTY number, or email address.
- The name of the video and the date and time when it was played
If you used a web browser to view the video, include the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) that points to the video. Some web pages include more than one video so please include enough information about the video such that we can uniquely identify it.
- Your comment, request, or a detailed description of the issue
If you experienced an issue, let us know how often you encountered it (just once, every day? every month? Only certain times of the day?) and describe it as best you can. For example, "the captions were garbled", or "captions were missing at certain times or on certain days."
- Any additional information that can assist us in answering your request
For example, a description of the computer or device you were using to view the video, and the name and version of the software you were using to view it.
